Our first recommendation is Yoga 4 Healthy Living. Instructor Sabine is a qualified and certified British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Teacher and as well as a Level 3 Somatics Coach from Align Somatics’. Her method, Ahimsa Yoga and Somatics, combines traditional yoga postures with a somatic approach to harmonising and healing body and mind. Pranayama and relaxation feature also in her classes. 2. Hsin Healing
Our next recommendation is Hsin Healing, which helps to improve body, mind and wellbeing by offering services in Yoga, Reiki and Counselling. These can be used individually or in combination for the integration of body, mind and spirit. Hsin runs public yoga classes and also private 1-1 or small groups. 3. Yoga Bromley
Yoga Bromley offers a range of classes for all levels and for all ages, from beginners to advanced and for seniors also. Their classes are based on the Sivananda tradition which is classical hatha yoga, a combination of breathing exercises, postures, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation. They cover all these aspects in any of our classes. They also offer meditation courses and workshops on aspects of yoga philosophy as well as regular vegetarian/ayurvedic cooking classes and a few wonderfully relaxing yoga and meditation holidays each year in beautiful locations.

4. Hannah Upton Yoga
Hannah’s style has evolved over the past 10 years from self practice, varying classes, retreats and training courses. Her teacher training journey includes 240hrs with AppleYoga accredited course with Yoga Alliance and a part training in Iyengar Yoga and 60hrs Childrens Yoga Training. She has, over time, developed my own unique style of Vinyasa yoga. She teaches students to embrace the element of joy in yoga and to deepen into their self practice, whatever level they may be at. She is always creating new and inspiring events to compliment her weekly yoga classes.

5. Karma Studios
In January 2011 Caroline opened Karma Studios in West Wickham where she offers a range of classes. These include beginner level, mixed level, pregnancy yoga and senior sessions. Monthly Restorative Yoga classes, private lessons, and regular workshops are also on the timetable.
