2. Yoga in Daily Life
Yoga in Daily Life is a holistic yoga system for body, mind, consciousness and soul. With classes suitable for all ages and levels of physical ability, it is based on the classical path of Yoga and offers a way to help attain and improve health as well as physical, mental, and spiritual harmony. They are a non-profit organisation, run for the benefit of the community by volunteers. Yoga in Daily Life – UK is affiliated with the International Fellowship of Yoga in Daily Life which operates in 30 countries around the world.

3. Mita Shah Yoga
Mita has been interested in the practice of yoga, spirituality and healthy living since her youth. Mita qualified as a yoga teacher with the Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation in Bangalore in 1992 and has been teaching ever since. She also teaches meditation techniques and is a qualified iRest Level 1 teacher. Mita’s additional qualifications include an ITEC Diploma in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, ITEC and MTI diploma in Holistic Massage, Anatomy and Physiology and Prenatal Massage. She is also featured in Miriam Stoppard’s DVD ‘Having a Baby’.
